Pastry Chef needed for a bakery production opperation near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. The hours of work are from 5am to 2.30pm, five days per week and the salary is £32,760 per annum or £14/hour. Generally, you will be working Monday to Friday with one weekend in every three. Christmas and bank holidays off, 28 days annual leave and company pension. Applicants must have 2 years experience working as a pastry chef or baker with experience in laminating, mixing, baking and decorating. A keen interest in making artisan products with top quality organic and locally sourced ingrediets is desirable and your own transport is essential due to the rural location. NVQ level 3 is bakery and patisserie would be advantageous but is not essential for applicants with prior experience as a pastry chef or baker. Accommodation is potentially available with this role for applicants with their own transport. This role is only open for applicants with the right to work in the UK and sponsorship is not available.
