Registered Nurse – Nursing Home Location: Near Lampeter, Carmarthenshire Pay: £21.20 per hour / up to £50,419 per annum + paid breaks Contract: Permanent Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Shifts: Days & Nights available Setting: 44-bed Nursing Home NMC PIN: Valid UK NMC PIN required Join Our Long-Standing & Supportive Nursing Team We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our well established 44-bed nursing home near Lampeter, Carmarthenshire. With a long standing, supportive and experienced nursing team. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Our stable nursing team includes many members of staff who have been with us for a number of years, creating a friendly and supportive working environment built on teamwork, continuity and excellent care. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high quality, person centred care to residents within the nursing home. You will be responsible for supporting residents with their individual care needs, monitoring their health and wellbeing, administering medication, maintaining accurate clinical records and working closely with colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals. The role would suit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD who is passionate about delivering excellent care and enjoys working as part of a supportive nursing team. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and play an important role in maintaining their dignity, independence and quality of life. Newly Qualified Nurses Welcome We are also happy to consider newly qualified Registered Nurses who have recently completed their nursing qualification and obtained their NMC PIN. With an established and supportive nursing and clinical team already in place, you will receive the guidance, training and support needed to help you confidently transition into your first Registered Nurse role. Your induction and ongoing support will be tailored to your experience, giving you the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge while working alongside experienced members of the nursing team.
