Mobile Hydraulic Technician £32,(Apply online only) – £35,(Apply online only) + Bonus (OTE £45,(Apply online only)) + Company Van Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Job Type: Permanent, Full Time The Client Interaction Technical are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist provider of hydraulic hose repair and replacement services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Mobile Hydraulic Technician to their Milton Keynes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual looking to develop their career within a specialist engineering environment. The Package £32,(Apply online only) – £35,(Apply online only) basic salary Bonus scheme with OTE of £45,(Apply online only) Company van provided Full product and industry training Ongoing career development Permanent, stable employment Overtime and additional earning opportunities Uniform and PPE provided The Role As a Mobile Hydraulic Technician, you will provide on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement services to customers across the local area. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repair service to customers Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair hydraulic hose failures Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays Promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times Manage stock levels within the Mobile Sales and Service Unit (MSSU) Carry out routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Ensure the service vehicle is kept clean, organised, and fully stocked Maintain accurate technical and procedural documentation Support workshop and service centre staff when required Attend company training courses and development programmes Requirements Previous experience within a mechanical, plant, engineering, hydraulic, agricultural, HGV, automotive, or similar environment Basic mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively Good manual dexterity and practical problem-solving skills Professional and customer-focused approach Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota Ability to communicate technical information clearly Full UK Driving Licence – Essential Hydraulic hose experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided About You The successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
