Electrical Site Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee a major EV charging infrastructure project on a commercial site. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Site Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality electrical installations across the UK. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising electrical teams, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations. The successful Electrical Site Manager will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients, and driving project delivery to meet strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee installation of EV charging systems, cabling, and distribution equipment * Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively * Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures * Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site inspections * Monitor progress and report to senior project stakeholders Requirements: * Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial or infrastructure projects * Valid SMSTS certification (essential) * Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * ECS/CSCS card * Knowledge of BS 7671 and UK safety regulations * Excellent leadership and communication skills Desirable: * Experience with EV charging installations or renewable energy projects * Testing & inspection qualifications (2391 or similar) * Familiarity with DNO connections In return, the Electrical Site Manager will receive a competitive salary, opportunities for career progression, and the chance to work on innovative EV infrastructure projects shaping the future of transport.
