SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School Location: DN12 Start Date: ASAP Working Days: Wednesday – Friday, 3 days per week Duration: Until October half term, with the possibility of a longer-term extension Role: SEN Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Support The RoleProvide Education are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the DN12 area, starting tomorrow. The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with SEND, helping them to access learning, engage positively within the classroom and develop their confidence and independence. The child has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), so the school is looking for someone who is calm, patient, nurturing and able to adapt their approach to meet the child's individual needs.
