Senior Mechanical Project Manager Design & Build Fit Out | Commercial Projects | London My client is a well-established Design & Build MEP contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. This is a key role overseeing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to successful project completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team. The Role * Lead mechanical projects from design through to completion * Manage projects, programmes, budgets and resources * Oversee mechanical design and coordination * Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Take responsibility for procurement and commercial performance * Manage variations, valuations and project costs * Liaise directly with clients, consultants and main contractors * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification * Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports * Manage commissioning, handover and close-out About You We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager with: * Strong experience within Design & Build MEP * Proven background delivering commercial fit-out projects * Strong mechanical building services knowledge * Experience managing projects from design through to completion * Strong commercial and contractual awareness * Experience managing subcontractors and project teams * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * A track record of delivering projects successfully Package * Competitive salary – DOE * Bonus * Car allowance / company vehicle * Pension * Private healthcare * Company benefits * Career progression * Opportunity to work on high-value commercial fit-out projects If you're an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a senior role with a growing D&B MEP contractor, get in touch for a confidential discussion
