Basic duties may include: * Painting and Decorating * Fitting fixtures and fittings * Completing maintenance audits * Fixing broken odds and ends * Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are being met * Furniture assembly * Running fire drills The salary for the role begins at £13.50 but is negotiable based on experience It is essential that the successful candidate has a drivers license and access to a car as the role may involve driving locally in the area
