Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Orpington Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Job Type: Full-time Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 DOE Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting a dedicated childcare professional to work within a nursery provision at a local primary school. Your Responsibilities As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will: Provide high-quality care and learning for children aged 2-5 in a primary school nursery. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Act as a key person, supporting children's individual needs, development and wellbeing. Observe and assess children's progress, identifying appropriate next steps. Promote children's independence, confidence and positive relationships. Ensure children's safety, safeguarding and wellbeing at all times. Build positive relationships with families and work closely with the wider school team. Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment. What We're Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent). A genuine passion for working with young children. Good knowledge of the EYFS framework. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
