Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor for an experienced Wet Works Engineer to work on a long-term social housing contract in Brighton & Hove. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wet works engineer looking for consistent work, a strong workload and a fixed day rate. Location: Brighton & Hove Rate: £225 per day Contract: Long-term contract The Role * Radiator replacements within domestic social housing properties * Heating system installation and wet works plumbing * Working across a condensed patch in the Brighton & Hove area * Consistent backlog of work available * Good customer access rates * Monday to Friday * Minimum 3 days per week available, with 5 days preferred The Package * £225 per day * Weekly pay, one week in arrears * Minimal travel between jobs * Consistent workload * Opportunity for ongoing work Requirements * Minimum 18 months' relevant wet works experience * Proven experience carrying out radiator replacements and heating system installation work * Good plumbing and central heating knowledge * Large panel van with bulkhead, suitable for transporting radiators * Strong customer service and communication skills * High standard of workmanship and commitment to safety * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out at onboarding stage) * Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week If you are an experienced Wet Works Engineer looking for a long-term contract in Brighton & Hove, please submit your CV or contact Example Recruitment Group for further information
