Stock Picker Truck Operator Location: Brierley Hill Pay: £13.50 per hour Hours: Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm, Monday 9am - 6pm 37.5 hours a week Job Type: Long term temporary with a view to permanent Pertemps are currently recruiting for a number of Stock Picker Truck Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Merry Hill. This is a long-term opportunity with a view to permanent employment for the right candidates. The role: Picking stock accurately and efficiently using a picker truck Operating a powered picking truck safely within the warehouse Locating and preparing stock for dispatch Checking quantities and product details Ensuring orders are picked correctly and ready for despatch Working to warehouse targets and deadlines Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all warehouse health and safety procedures The ideal candidate: A valid picker truck licence is essential Previous warehouse or stock picking experience is desirable Confident operating a picker truck in a busy warehouse environment Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work the required shift pattern Comfortable working as part of a team Hours and pay: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday: 9am - 6pm Sunday: 11am - 5pm £13.50 per hour Opportunity to become permanent Weekly pay whilst working through Pertemps 24/7 support from Pertemps If you hold a valid picker truck licence and are looking for a long-term warehouse position in Merry Hill, Brierley Hill, Dudley or the surrounding areas, with the opportunity to become permanent, apply today
