What's On Offer? * £55,000 - £60,000 salary * Annual performance bonus * Loyalty bonus scheme * Free meals whilst on shift * Ongoing training and development * Genuine career progression opportunities The Home * Brand-new 3-bed children's residential home * SEMH-focused provision * Therapeutic, child-centred approach * Ambition to achieve Outstanding outcomes The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading the day-to-day operation of the home * Maintaining Ofsted compliance and quality standards * Recruiting, developing and leading the staff team * Ensuring excellent safeguarding and care practices * Building strong relationships with local authorities and professionals * Driving occupancy, performance and continuous improvement About You Essential * Experience within children's residential care * Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting * Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards * Understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice * Full UK Driving Licence Desirable * Registered Manager experience * Deputy Manager ready for first registration * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare * Track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Why Join?
