Behaviour Support Assistant – Kettering Full Time • Monday–Friday • 8:30–3:30 • October Half Term Start Weekly Competitive Pay • Temp‑to‑Perm Opportunity APT Education, a trusted, local Primary specialist, is recruiting a full‑time Behaviour Support Assistant for a supportive primary school in Kettering. This long‑term role begins October Half Term and offers a genuine temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right person. You will be supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and emotional regulation difficulties within a structured, nurturing environment.
