Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer Location: King’s Cross Rate: £18ph Contract: Temporary, 5–6 months Fortus Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in King’s Cross. The role will be supporting a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme, working closely with residents, contractors and site teams to ensure works are communicated and delivered smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works Liaising with residents regarding planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Carrying out resident consultations and pre-start communications Keeping residents updated on programme, timescales and progress Arranging access and appointments with residents Dealing with resident queries, concerns and complaints Visiting residents on site and maintaining regular communication Liaising closely with contractors and site teams Supporting vulnerable residents where required Maintaining accurate records and updating systems Escalating issues and ensuring concerns are dealt with promptly Skills & Experience: Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer Experience within social housing, planned maintenance or construction Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment experience is highly desirable Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident dealing with residents, contractors and site teams Experience handling complaints and difficult situations Strong organisational and administrative skills Professional, approachable and proactive manner Comfortable working on occupied residential properties If you are an experienced RLO looking for a temporary opportunity in King’s Cross, please get in touch.
