Site Manager - Baker Street

Location: Baker Street, London Contract Length: 19 October – 21 December Start Date: 19 October Rate: £270–£280 per day Pattern: Monday–Friday Sector: Commercial Cat B Office Fit-Out The Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial Cat B office fit-out in Baker Street. The project includes a £1m basement fit-out for a gym, alongside associated office space, so the successful candidate will need strong experience managing commercial interiors and be comfortable coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on a live fit-out project. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors. Coordinate multiple trades across the office and basement gym areas. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Manage site inductions, RAMS and health & safety requirements. Monitor quality and workmanship throughout the project. Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team. Maintain site records, progress updates and daily reporting through Procore. Ensure the site remains organised, safe and compliant. Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain programme.Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects. Strong Cat B office fit-out experience. Experience managing projects of around £1m+. Previous Procore experience – essential. Experience with complex internal fit-outs / leisure or gym environments would be advantageous.
