Production Operative – Full-time days Monday to Thursday (3 day weekend!)   £12.91 per hour Days Ongoing role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client’s team at a factory in Willand, starting immediately. This role involves loading/unloading produce, managing industrial machinery, conveyor belts, and general factory duties. The successful candidate will be physically fit, confident in a production environment and committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment. There is potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
