Client Details A construction industry organisation based in Salford. Description Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approvals. Managing payment runs and ensuring all deadlines are met. Resolving supplier queries promptly and professionally. Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy. Maintaining the accounts payable ledger and ensuring data integrity. Supporting month-end closing processes. Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks as required.Profile A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: Experience in an accounts payable or similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
