Temp School Receptionist 📍 Vauxhall, London 💷 £13.00 per hour 🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm 📅 Immediate Start | Temporary until 23rd October We are currently recruiting for a Temporary School Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming school in Vauxhall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who is available to start immediately. Please note: A current Enhanced DBS is essential for this role. Applicants without a valid Enhanced DBS cannot be considered. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors, parents, students and staff Managing the school reception desk and main telephone line Signing visitors in and out of the school Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries General administrative and clerical support Managing post, deliveries and correspondence Maintaining accurate records and databases Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for the schoolRequirements: Previous receptionist or administrative experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office Professional, friendly and proactive approach Current Enhanced DBS certificate Immediately available to start⭐ Enhanced DBS is mandatory ⭐ Immediate start available ⭐ Great opportunity within a school environment If you're available immediately and hold a current Enhanced DBS, we'd love to hear from you.
