Resident Scheme Manager - Moatview Court Location: Bushey Salary: £28,899 per annum (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday Onsite Living Make a difference in your community At Hightown Housing Association, we are passionate about providing high-quality homes and supporting people to live independently. We’re looking for a Resident Scheme Manager to join our friendly retirement housing scheme at Moatview Court. Please note, this is a live in position. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support residents aged 60+, helping to create a safe, welcoming and vibrant community. What you will be doing Supporting residents’ wellbeing through regular contact and day-to-day oversight Responding to emergency calls and coordinating support when needed Encouraging social activities and building a strong inclusive community spirit Liaising with families, GPs and external agencies to support residents Overseeing communal areas and working with contractors to maintain high standards Carrying out health & safety checks and ensuring compliance About you Experience working with older people or a similar group Calm and confident in emergencies Compassionate, approachable and able to build strong relationships Organised and able to work independently Strong collaborative skills Passionate about delivering excellent service Why join us?
