Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trainer/Assessor Location: Manchester - Site based Salary: up to £42,200 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: * Must be a qualified Tutor/Assessor. * Must hold solid occupational experience in the field of refrigeration / air conditioning * Must hold own FGas Level 3 qualification. * Experience of training / coaching / mentoring others in house ‘on the job’ * Confident with delivering / teaching within a classroom / workshop setting * Good level of I.T skills * Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle * Excellent presentation and communication skills Duties: * Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting, who are working towards their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprenticeship. * Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations * Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. * Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. * Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
