Title:                         Administrator Location:                   Widnes (WA8) Salary:                      £26,500  Shifts:                       Monday- Friday 09:00 – 17:30 Contract Type:           Permanent Our client, a market leader within their field are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for dealing with customers, processing sales orders, handling enquiries and all other general sales administration. As an Administrator your duties will be: - Creating and processing sales orders Arrange transport with hauliers Liasisng with relevant departments for updates to ensure smooth running of the business Checking product shelf life on a weekly basis and accurately documenting on to company databases Answering telephone calls in a professional and service focused manner. Dealing with customer enquires in line with their service expectations. Liaising with the Office Supervisor and other Administration staff on a day-to-day basis. To be of general assistance in the smooth running of the office and department processes. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and external suppliers.   The successful Administrator will have the following skills: -  Must have previous administration experience Previous Sales Administration experience would be beneficial  Proficient with Microsoft packages Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good attention to detail. Works well as part of a team as well as individually
