1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants Multiple opportunities | Reception - Year 2 Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a genuine difference to their day-to-day learning? Simply Education are currently recruiting for multiple 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant positions within an infant setting in Wellingborough. These roles are supporting children with EHCPs and high SEN needs, including children with autism and limited communication. This is not primarily a behavioural support role. The focus is on providing consistent, nurturing and individualised support to help pupils access learning and feel confident within the school environment. The role may include: 1:1 support for a child with an EHCP Supporting communication and engagement Helping children access classroom activities Working alongside the class teacher and wider SEN team Supporting personal care where required Helping develop independence and confidence You could be a great fit if you are: Patient and nurturing Confident supporting communication needs Experienced with or passionate about SEN A strong team player Calm, reliable and consistent Wellingborough Reception - Year 2 Immediate opportunities available Previous SEN experience is highly desirable, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
