Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established private nursery in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified Early Years professionals looking to join a supportive and well-established setting that values staff development, wellbeing, and high-quality childcare. You will be: * Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework * Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development * Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children * Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families * Supporting children's development through observations, assessments, and effective planning * Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of practice * Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to meet children's individual needs * Contributing positively to the day-to-day running of the nursery and wider team The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
