Room Leader

We are currently looking for a level 3 or above Early Years Room Leader for a wonderful nursery based in London. This is a full time role Monday to Friday. Their Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery What you will be asked to do: * Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model * Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus * Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room * Responsibility for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards * Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework * Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Connaught Resourcing operates as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
