Job Title: Production Operative 2 shifts available Day shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - £14.40 per hour Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm - £17.28 per hour Job Type: Temporary to permanent Location: Didcot Benefits when permanent include 25 days holiday, 9% pension and private healthcare and more! This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join a market leading manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis The role of Production Operative: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards. Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment. Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
