HSE Advisor Andover (Home based with occasional travel to London and Birmingham) Circa £45,000 + Company Car + Bonus and Benefits Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a varied, autonomous role supporting a high-profile client across the UK? Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering with global leading facilities management organisation to recruit for a HSE Advisor. This home-based role will involve travelling to sites providing expert HSE advice and support to management, site teams and contractors. Key responsibilities of the HSE Advisor include: Providing day-to-day HSE advice and guidance to management, site teams, contractors and HSE Coordinators. Conducting audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are identified and effectively implemented. Supporting the implementation and continual improvement of the HSE Management System, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Working closely with internal management and senior stakeholders to promote a positive HSE cultureA successful HSE Advisor will have: Up to 5 years' experience working in a Health and Safety advisory position, ideally within an FM, facilities or complex corporate environment. A NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential with candidates working towards or holding a NEBOSH diploma desirable. Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Please note a full UK valid driving licence is required for this role.
