An established construction business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to provide temporary support during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced finance team where you will play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Processing a high volume of purchase invoices Matching, batching and coding invoices Resolving supplier queries efficiently Performing supplier statement reconciliations Preparing payment runs Maintaining accurate supplier records Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as requiredAbout You Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role Confident processing high volumes of transactions accurately Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Experienced in carrying out supplier statement reconciliations Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Able to work independently and manage competing prioritiesWhat's on Offer?
