This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting pupils across the primary age range and is confident delivering lessons when required. Key Responsibilities: Lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher. Deliver engaging lessons using pre-planned resources. Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to raise attainment. Work closely with teaching staff to help plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment. About You: HLTA status or significant experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum. Confidence in managing a classroom independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, enthusiastic approach and a passion for supporting children's development.
