This role: Takes full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform. Designs, tests, and deploys scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows. Configures custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles. Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance.
