Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an established logistics business based in Widnes - new pass drivers welcome. Our client transports processed wood to power plants using walking floor trailers, offering year-round work with a choice of shift patterns across days and nights. What's on offer? Full-time position - ongoing work 12 months a year Choice of two shift patterns: 4-on 4-off - four days off every week Sunday to Thursday Days and nights available Average 12-hour shifts Paid weekly at £19.05 to £23.53 per hourAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include: Transporting processed wood to power plants using walking floor trailers Completing all delivery paperwork accurately Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all timesTo be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need: A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence - new pass drivers welcome A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codesInterested in this HGV Class 1 Driver role?
