Commercial Electrician

Commercial Electrician Location: Midlands Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to join a growing team covering the Midlands. This is a varied role working across a range of commercial sites, including hospitals, shopping centres and other large commercial properties. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, installations, testing, fault finding and small electrical projects. Project values can range from smaller works through to projects worth up to £2 million, providing excellent variety and opportunities to develop your experience. Key Responsibilities * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Commercial electrical installations and rewires * Inspection and testing * Electrical fault finding and diagnostics * Reactive call-outs and small works * Working across a variety of commercial environments * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * 2391 Inspection & Testing – preferred * Previous commercial electrical experience * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of current electrical regulations Package * £45,000 - £55,000 per annum * Company vehicle * Training and career progression opportunities * Varied commercial projects across the Midlands * Opportunity to work on projects up to £2 million
