PLASTERER ROLE: Plasterer PAY RATE: Depends upon experience CONTRACT TYPE: Ongoing Contract LOCATION: Belfast And County Antrim BENEFITS: Company van (business use only) THE ROLE: The Plasterer will support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of facilities, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. The role involves a variety of internal and external plastering duties, supporting both responsive repair tasks and larger maintenance projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out general plastering work including skimming, rendering, bonding, and patch repairs Repair and replace plasterboard to walls and ceilings Prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard Assist with damp proofing and DPC systems where require Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with quality specifications Maintain company tools, equipment, and van in good condition Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on-site ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a plasterer in maintenance, construction, or refurbishment environments Good knowledge of health and safety procedures Full, clean UK driving licence Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach DESIRABLE: Basic understanding of multi-trade tasks Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
