We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our clients busy kitchen team at a well-established, high-volume hotel and dining venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality dishes, and is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive team. What's On Offer * Competitive hourly rate based on experience * 48-hour contracted position * Generous tronc/tips paid on top of your salary * Time and a half paid for any additional days worked beyond your contracted hours * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Friendly and supportive working environment The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section, maintaining high food standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service. Key Responsibilities * Managing and organising your designated section * Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard * Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards * Assisting with stock control and minimising waste * Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the wider kitchen team * Ensuring efficient service during busy periods About You * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up * Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients * Ability to work effectively under pressure * Strong organisational and communication skills * A positive attitude and team-focused approach * Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices If you're looking for your next challenge and want to be part of a dynamic kitchen team, we'd love to hear from you
