Job Role: HVAC Engineer Location: Central London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base / £55,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped) inc Vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, hand tool allowance. About the company This is an opportunity to join a well-established building services specialist with a long term contract in the London area. The company have a long standing contract covering 4/5 sites in London. Whilst this role is mobile, the reality is that you will be semi-static moving around the same sites 80% with 20% other customers. What’s in it for you? Opportunity to develop your technical skillset across AC, refrigeration & ventilation Hand tool allowance Your birthday off as extra holiday What will you be doing? * You’ll be working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out: Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC & refrigeration systems. This is approx 50/50 split between maintenance and reactive works. * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently * Supporting ventilation and general building services works * Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site * Working independently while staying connected to a wider engineering team What are we looking for? * City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration * F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability * Experience within commercial and/or industrial environments (preferred) * Good communication and customer-facing skills * Full UK driving licence * Own hand tools A few questions for you… * Do you take pride in diagnosing faults properly—not just patching issues? * Are you comfortable working across different sites and environments? * Do you want a role with variety, rather than the same job every day? * Would overtime opportunities make a real difference to your earnings?
