PROJECT MANAGER – TIER 1 MAIN CONTRACTOR Leeds | £40m+ Major Refurbishment I’m currently working with a Tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a major £40m project in the heart of Leeds. The project involves the full refurbishment and transformation of a commercial building, including: * Full new external façade & building envelope * New roof * Major M&E replacement * Internal fit-out * Grade A office space * BREEAM Excellent / high sustainability targets * Working alongside a major public-sector client What I'm looking for: * Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor * Experience delivering £20m+ projects * Strong refurbishment / commercial / fit-out background * Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and client teams * Strong programme, commercial and health & safety knowledge * Ideally experience working on complex live/occupied environments
