Fire Risk Assessor – Tier 3 / Advanced Location: London & Surrounding Areas We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 / Advanced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team, covering London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential and commercial properties. Requirements: Recognised Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent. Experience carrying out Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments. Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance. Good understanding of compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire protection. Excellent report writing and communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline. Experience with complex, high-rise and higher-risk buildings.
