Art & DT Textiles Teacher Location: Telford Start Date: Sept 2026 Contract: Full Time Salary: MPS/UPS (DOE) Art Teacher Specification We are seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled Art Teacher to join our vibrant Expressive Arts Department on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students across Art & Design. Requirements UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong subject knowledge in Art & Design Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3-KS4) Ability to deliver practical and theory-based lessons with clear progression Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills Passion for the Arts and commitment to fostering student creativity The Role: Teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4 Deliver engaging, creative, and practical lessons that capture students' imagination Plan and prepare high-quality learning resources that encourage artistic exploration Support students in developing technical skills, creativity, and confidence Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to promote progress Contribute to the culture of creativity within the department and wider school Why Join Us?
