The Package * Company van * Company laptop and mobile phone * Tool insurance up to £20,000 * 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days * Standby/on-call payments * Overtime opportunities * Free PPE, including safety boots * Competitive pension * Life assurance * Industry-leading sick pay * Full training and career development opportunities Your responsibilities will include: * Servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery * Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults * Carrying out laptop-based diagnostics * Attending customer sites across the East Anglia region * Providing a professional and high-quality service to customers * Completing accurate service reports and maintaining service records * Maintaining tools and equipment in line with Health & Safety requirements * Participating in ongoing training and development The Candidate The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience working with agricultural machinery – essential * Strong mechanical engineering experience * Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing machinery * Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills * A full UK driving licence * Own professional tools – essential * The ability to travel across East Anglia * A strong customer service focus and professional approach To discuss the role further, please contact Aiste on (phone number removed)
