Facilities/Commercial Property Manager – Inverness Major Property Consultancy | £50–60k Overview TML Recruitment is partnered with a nationally recognised property consultancy that is currently seeking a proactive Commercial Facilities and Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets across Inverness. This role offers autonomy, client exposure, and the chance to develop within a respected management team. Key Responsibilities * Manage multi‑let commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed‑use assets. * Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Coordinate building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements. * Act as main client contact, ensuring delivery of high‑quality property management services. * Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value. * Support asset strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and property performance. Candidate Profile * Experience in commercial property management as well as Facilities Management, ideally within consultancy or client‑side environments. * Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage service charge budgets. * Excellent communication and organisational skills, confident in client‑facing roles. * Knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation and property compliance requirements. * MRICS qualification preferred but not a must * Ambitious, detail‑oriented, and motivated by delivering measurable results.
