You'll enjoy: £35,034 salary Average 42 hours per week over five days No late nights, with finishes typically around 8pm No working over Christmas A Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks Centralised recipes, allowing you to focus on your team and food quality Key Responsibilities As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen team and will: Manage and motivate Chefs and Catering Assistants Organise rotas, objectives and training Deliver tasty, nutritious and safe meals Maintain excellent food hygiene and allergen standards Manage dietary requirements, including allergies and intolerances Oversee production planning, stock, waste and financial management What we're looking for You'll be an experienced kitchen leader with: Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a mid-to-large scale dining environment Experience with food mass production Strong leadership, organisation and decision-making skills Excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent Level 3+ Food Safety and Allergen Management qualificationsIf you're an experienced Exec Chef or Lead Chef looking for your next opportunity in Hindhead, this could be the perfect role for you.
