Working Supervisor

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Working Supervisor to join their team, based in Birmingham, with an immediate start available. The role involves working across water treatment sites, so previous water experience is essential. The role is hands-on and will involve supervising teams while also getting involved with the works. A company van and fuel are provided, and you must be happy to stay away when required, with accommodation fully covered. Working Supervisor Responsibilities: * Supervising site operatives and subcontractors * Managing day-to-day site activities * Toolbox talks * Client liaison * Health and safety compliance * Working to RAMS and project requirements * Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager * Getting involved with the works when required Working Supervisor Requirements: * CSCS * SSSTS * Previous water treatment or water infrastructure experience * Strong civils background * Hands-on approach * Full UK driving licence * Based in or around Birmingham * Happy to travel and stay away when required Package: Company van and fuel provided Accommodation provided when staying away Long-term water treatment work The next steps to apply for the role!
