Cleaner Location: Dagenham Salary or rate: Competitive hourly rate Contract type: Temporary, 1 day initially Hours or shifts: Saturday, until the clean is completed About the role We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to carry out a one off deep clean at a professional office and canteen facility in Dagenham. The Cleaner will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning the main office, back office and canteen areas, ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy and presentable. This Cleaner role is initially a one day temporary assignment taking place on a Saturday, with the successful candidate required to work until the agreed areas have been fully completed. The Cleaner will need to provide their own cleaning equipment and suitable cleaning products for the assignment. Key responsibilities • Carry out a thorough clean of the main office, back office and canteen • Deep clean and wipe down all surfaces • Clean desks, tables, worktops and other surfaces • Hoover and mop floors • Remove dust, dirt and general debris • Complete general cleaning and tidying of the areas • Ensure all areas are left clean and presentable • Work efficiently to complete the required areas within the agreed timeframe • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clean • Bring and use appropriate cleaning equipment and products Skills and experience required Essential • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous • Own cleaning equipment and suitable cleaning products • Good attention to detail • Reliable, punctual and hardworking • Able to work independently • Ability to work to a high standard • Available to work on a Saturday Desirable • Previous experience carrying out deep or commercial cleans • Experience cleaning offices, canteens or similar environments • Good knowledge of cleaning products and equipment What is on offer • One day temporary Cleaner assignment • Saturday work • Competitive hourly rate • Work available until the required areas have been completed • Opportunity to gain further cleaning work depending on performance and client requirements • Straightforward one off assignment How to apply If you are a reliable Cleaner with your own cleaning equipment and are available for a Saturday cleaning job in Dagenham, apply today to be considered for this Cleaner position
