Remedy Education is working with specialist schools in Tower Hamlets that are looking for empathetic and skilled SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Autism and other complex learning needs. What We'e Looking For: Experience working with students with Autism or other SEN in a school or care setting. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow individual learning plans (IEPs). A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies. An up-to-date enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply). What We Offer: Competitive daily rates of £100 - £120 depending on experience. Full-time, long-term positions with immediate start dates.
