Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial Refurbishment Southwater, West Sussex Competitive Salary DOE + Bonus Full-Time | Permanent Hunters’ client, a growing commercial refurbishment contractor, are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join the team. The role would suit someone from a construction and roofing background who enjoys working directly with clients, pricing work and then taking responsibility for getting the project delivered. Project Manager - The Role Manage commercial refurbishment projects from enquiry through to completion, including roofing and associated works Carry out site visits, surveys and measurements, assessing scope, access and project requirements Review drawings, specifications and tender documents and prepare accurate estimates and quotations Coordinate labour, materials, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly Monitor costs, programmes, quality and progress, dealing with variations and issues throughout the project Project Manager - About You Previous experience in project management, estimating or contracts within construction, refurbishment or roofing Good understanding of commercial refurbishment works, with strong roofing knowledge highly desirable Experience pricing roofing, refurbishment or associated construction works Confident reading drawings, specifications and tender documentation Commercially aware, organised and confident dealing with clients, suppliers and subcontractors What’s On Offer?
