Head of Operations Battle, East Sussex Permanent Full-TimeAre you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations with a background in manufacturing and project delivery? We’re working with a successful and growing business in Battle who are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of their operational function and help drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities as the Head of Operations: Lead multiple operational teams across the business Take ownership of OTIF delivery Manage project Gross Profit and margins Identify and reduce operational costs Oversee purchasing, manufacturing and stock Ensure quality and production standards are maintained Champion Health & Safety compliance Coordinate teams to meet project deadlines Act as the escalation point for complex project issues Maintain accurate invoicing forecasts Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvementAbout You, as the Head of Operations: We’re looking for someone with: A background in Manufacturing Previous senior management experience Experience managing and developing teams Experience working with operational KPIsIf you’re an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations looking for a role where you can make your mark, lead from the front and have a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
