Mechanical Maintenance Engineer South Kensington  £45,000 - £50,000 We've got an excellent role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a high end site in Westminster! This is a standout role as our client is offering long term progression routes further within the business for the right candidate.  The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. This is a great opportunity to work on a site which is part of a large and prestigious complex. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical plant systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Strip down. Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Building Services Maintenance experience Salary and Package: £45,000 - £50,000 per annu m Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm  25 days holiday + bank holidays  Company pension scheme  Overtime available  Training provided Internal progression  If you're interested in this Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role, apply today!
