Active Staff are proud to be working with an innovative Electronics Manufacturing business in Andover. They are looking to bolster the team with an experienced Wiring Technician that has a background in Electrical assembly. You will be joining a truly fantastic company who have very little staff turnover and a company who really invests in their staff. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 15:00pm. The benefits for the Wiring Technician: * 25 days holiday + BH * Up to £30,000kpa * Flexi holiday (opportunity to buy more holiday) * Monthly social events paid by the company * Stable company that have very little turnover * Pension scheme * On-site parking The role of the Wiring Technician: * Carry out Wiring on electronic assemblies * Working to detailed electronic drawings to company standard * Inspect and test completed assemblies * Cut, strip and terminate wires to connectors and electrical units * Work on own initiative independently * Work on prototype wiring, crimping and soldering * Notify on any errors on procedures, drawings, BOM and routes to support quality/manufacturing Ideal experience of the Wiring Technician: * Excellent soldering and workmanship standards * Good organisational and coordination skills * High attention to detail * Knowledge of wiring, crimping and looming * Ability to work to electronics engineering drawings * 2 years of experience within the sector Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
