As a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Bolton, you'll handle the day-to-day processing of invoices and payments. Your work will help keep the accounting and finance operations running smoothly and efficiently. Client Details A company based in Bolton that is successfully growing. You will be part of a successful and vibrant finance team. Description Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare payment runs and ensure all payments are authorised. Maintain and update supplier accounts and records. Handle supplier queries and resolve issues promptly. Credit Card Reconciliations. Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures. Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: Experience in processing invoices and payments within a finance team. Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.
