Account Manager - Wound Care Territory - Surrey/Sussex Fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare or clinical sales professional to join a growing medical manufacturer and take on a strategic role influencing ICB-level decision making and NHS care pathways. 🔥 Why This Role? Growing manufacturer experiencing double-digit growth Strategic role influencing decision-makers at ICB level Develop and support regional care pathways Strong portfolio of advanced wound care & compression products 50/50 home and field-based working Low attrition, supportive culture and excellent long-term career prospects Great development and earning potential 💼 What You'll Do Manage and grow business across Surrey, Sussex & South West London Maintain existing NHS accounts while developing new regional partnerships Engage with senior stakeholders at ICB, primary care and acute level Develop care pathways and support formulary opportunities Build relationships with Directors, Heads of Service, Locality Leads and Medicines Management Work closely with TVNs, District Nurses, Podiatrists, Dermatologists and Leg Ulcer Specialists Sell a portfolio including compression, advanced wound dressings, debridement and bandaging products Prospect for new business and target key decision-makers 👊 Who We're Looking For Healthcare, clinical or medical sales background Strong understanding of the NHS Wound care or compression sales experience would be a significant advantage Commercially minded with confidence developing new business Comfortable engaging senior clinical and commercial stakeholders Strategic, relationship-focused and proactive Full UK driving licence 💰 The Package £45K-£55K basic £8K uncapped commission Company car or £780pm car allowance 10% pension Healthcare Life assurance 5 weeks' holiday + bank holidays
