CNC Operator

KBB Recruitment are working with a bespoke stone fabrication company seeking a CNC Operator to join their team in Northamptonshire. Salary: £28,000 - £38,000, negotiable, based on experience and the individual candidate Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machinery to cut and finish high-quality stone surfaces to exact specifications. Follow detailed technical drawings and instructions to produce bespoke pieces. Ensure all work is completed with precision, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Carry out basic machine maintenance and ensure health & safety standards are met. Work closely with the fabrication team to support production schedules and deadlines. Ideal Applicant: Minimum of 1 year’s CNC operating experience (stone experience preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to learn - specific training on stone fabrication will be provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
