Position: QHSE Coordinator Location: Bristol Salary: £30000 to £32000 per annum Type of position: permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.75 hours per week (flex start and finish) We are now seeking to recruit QHSE Coordinator to supports the organisation in maintaining a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace, which produces high-quality repeatable order satisfaction. The role involves assisting with health and safety inspections, document control, risk assessments, incident reporting, training, quality and environmental compliance, as well as implementation of company QHSE policies and procedures Responsibilities: Report, record and assist with investigations of accidents, incidents and near misses. Monitor the use of PPE and promote good health and safety practices among employees. Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation. Ensure all required associates have up to date manual handling, first aid, fire warden training and visual acuity Prepare basic QHSE reports, statistics and performance information for management.Bottom of Form Complete supplier questionnaires, REACH and RoHS declaration requests Notification of change log administration Assist with organising and delivering QHSE inductions, toolbox talks and awareness training. Assist with implementing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures Requirements: Good understanding of workplace health and safety principles. Knowledge of relevant UK QHSE legislation and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Ability to identify hazards and recommend practical control measures. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good report-writing and record-keeping skills. Willingness to work on-site and carry out workplace inspections.
